Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. We cater for all dietary requirements, including common allergens such as gluten, dairy, nuts and shellfish, as well as vegetarian and vegan preferences. Our team takes care to ensure all guests are safely and thoughtfully catered for.

The venue’s talented culinary team creates a range of bespoke menus to suit cocktail-style or sit-down events. Expect delicious and beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Lead by Executive Chef Cath Chow.

Does Evoqé Events Melbourne offer menu tastings?

 

Yes. The venue conducts private menu tastings. Please speak to your Event Planner and they will advise which date will be available for you to attend based on the seasonal menu, which will be applicable for your event date.

Can I bring my own caterer?

 

Yes. You are welcome to engage your own external caterer, provided they are fully registered and meet all relevant licensing and insurance requirements. In this case, your booking would be structured as a venue hire, and our team will work alongside your caterer to ensure a smooth and seamless event delivery.

How late can events end at Evoqé Events Melbourne?

Evoqé Events has a 24 hour license! After midnight fees apply.  

 

Does Evoqé Events require security?

 

Security is required for all events held at the venue that have amplified music. Your Sales Manager will advise the number of guards required for your guest numbers. Security guards are required thirty minutes prior to your guest’s arrival, and thirty minutes past your guest’s departure. Please allow $75 per hour, per security guard.

 

Does Evoqé Events charge a security bond?

 

Yes. A $2,000 refundable security bond is required for all events. It is returned after your event, subject to a post event inspection and provided no damages or excess cleaning is required.
