The more you work with us, the more value you unlock — through enhanced events, curated experiences and priority access.
How to join
Evoqé Reserve is a curated program.
Clients may be invited to join based on their relationship with Evoqé, frequency of bookings and alignment with our events and brand. Clients may also request to join the program, with membership subject to approval.
Once accepted into Evoqé Reserve, members will begin earning points on all eligible events moving forward.
Evoqé reserves the right to manage participation in the program, including extending, approving or withdrawing membership at its discretion.
How it works
Earn points every time you host an event with Evoqé.
Points can then be used to enhance future events or redeemed for exclusive experiences.
Points earning
1 point is earned for every $1 spent on eligible event charges.
Points are awarded once the event has taken place and the final invoice has been paid in full.
Eligible spend includes food and beverage, venue hire and agreed event services invoiced by Evoqé.
Multi-event booking bonus
When multiple events are confirmed at the same time, additional points are applied.

1.25x points
3 events confirmed together
1.5x points
4 or more events confirmed together
2x points
Annual calendar booking bonus
For clients who lock in multiple events across a 12 month period, higher multipliers apply.

Points redemption
Points can be redeemed in two ways to enhance your next event or to reward yourself with curated experiences.
Event upgrades
Points convert into event upgrade credit that can be applied to your next booking.
1,000 points = $10 event upgrade credit
Minimum redemption: 20,000 points ($200)
Examples
20,000 points = $200 upgrade credit
50,000 points = $500 upgrade credit
100,000 points = $1,000 upgrade credit
130,000 points = $1,300 upgrade credit
Your upgrade credit can be used to elevate the guest experience, including:
arrival cocktails
premium canapé selections
dessert stations
late night food
wine and beverage upgrades
interactive food stations or themed activations
If your selected upgrade exceeds your available credit, you simply pay the difference.

Additional canapé at $9 per guest for 200 guests = $1,800

Important
Points cannot be used to reduce minimum spend requirements or base event packages.
They are designed to enhance the event experience.

Points may also be redeemed for curated Evoqé experiences, subject to availability.

VIP suite upgrades for speakers or organisers
chef-led private dining experiences in our upcoming venue

These experiences are designed to feel personal, elevated and considered.

As part of Evoqé Reserve, members also receive priority access and benefits including:
72 hour priority hold on dates
early access to peak dates before public release
preferred room allocation where possible
priority access to site inspections
preview access to new menus and seasonal offerings
invitations to client networking events
first look access to new venue launches and upgrades
Program terms
Points are issued only after events have been completed and paid in full.
Points are valid for 24 months from the date of issue, after which they will expire.
Points are not transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points cannot be applied retrospectively to past events.
Bonus point eligibility and application is determined by Evoqé at the time of booking.
All redemptions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Evoqé reserves the right to amend or withdraw the program, benefits or terms at any time.
Participation in Evoqé Reserve constitutes acceptance of these terms.
